7. Employee Mobile App Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to the use of our internal employee mobile App:

• Eligibility: The App is exclusively available to current employees of C.A. Kowtha & Associates and is not intended for client or public use.
• App Access: Access to the App requires valid company credentials issued by C.A. Kowtha & Associates. Sharing your credentials or allowing unauthorized access to the App is strictly prohibited.
• App Permissions: The App requires certain device permissions, including location access and storage access, to function properly. These permissions are used only for business purposes as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Confidential Information: All information accessed or stored through the App is considered confidential company information and must be treated in accordance with our information security policies.
• Termination of Access: Access to the App will be terminated upon separation from employment. You agree to uninstall the App from all personal devices upon termination of employment.
• Personal Use: You agree to use the App solely for business purposes related to your employment with Kowtha & Co and not for personal use.
• Location Data: You acknowledge that the App collects location data during working hours for business purposes, including field visit verification, route optimization, and employee safety.
• Updates: You agree to install updates to the App when they become available to ensure proper functionality and security.

8. User Contributions

The Website or App may contain message boards, chat rooms, personal web pages or profiles, forums, bulletin boards, and other interactive features (collectively, "Interactive Services") that allow users to post, submit, publish, display, or transmit to other users or other persons (hereinafter, "post") content or materials (collectively, "User Contributions") on or through the Website or App.

All User Contributions must comply with the Content Standards set out in these Terms. Any User Contribution you post to the site will be considered non-confidential and non-proprietary. If you believe that any User Contributions violate your copyright, please send us a notice of copyright infringement at data@cakowtha.co.in. It is the policy of the Company to terminate the user accounts of repeat infringers.
