Qualified in 1994, and has been in active practice since 2005. He hails from the esteemed Kowtha family of Vijayawada, known for their longstanding reputation in social, political, and charitable activities. He joined Kowtha & Co. in 2000 and has since been a valuable part of the firm’s growth and service delivery. He brings rich expertise in Institutional Audit, Internal Audit, Bank Audit, and Direct Taxes, including handling scrutiny assessments, project finance, company law matters, and other consultancy services.

Qualified in 1993 and has been in active practice since then. She joined Kowtha & Co. in 2000 and has since played a key role in managing the firm’s operations in the state of Telangana. With extensive experience spanning over three decades, she specializes in the areas of Finance, Accounting, Taxation, and Audit, providing clients with reliable, compliant, and value-driven professional services.

Qualified in 2020 and has been practicing since 2021. He joined the firm Kowtha & Co. in 2021. Prior to becoming a partner, he gained valuable experience as an Article Assistant and later as a Qualified Assistant at Kowtha & Co. from 2016 to 2021. He has in-depth experience in handling audits, tax advisory, and consultancy services in both Direct and Indirect Tax domains. His continued professional development includes completing the GST Certificate Course, Forensic Accounting & Fraud Detection (FAFD) Course, and AICA – Level 1, all from ICAI, enhancing his capability in delivering robust, compliant, and insightful financial solutions.

About Our Managing Partner
CA K Venkatasubba Rao, B.Com, F.C.A, DISA
Mr. K. Venkatasubba Rao is a seasoned Chartered Accountant with over 28 years of professional experience in audit, taxation, and financial consultancy. A Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (F.C.A.), he also holds specialized certifications in Indirect Taxation and Concurrent Audit of Banks. His academic pursuits include a professional course in Oracle Financials (ERP) from ICFAI, Hyderabad, and a Higher Grade in Typewriting.
Mr. Rao is known for his deep commitment to professional excellence and integrity. Under his leadership, Kowtha & Co. has consistently delivered high-quality services to a diverse clientele, including corporate entities, financial institutions, and government bodies.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mr. Rao holds several key positions in esteemed community and professional organizations. He currently serves as the General Secretary of the Andhra Pradesh Chartered Accountants Society, is an active Member of the Gandhi Hill Foundation, Vijayawada, and holds the role of Treasurer for the NSM Public School Old Students Association, Vijayawada.
Beyond his professional and social engagements, Mr. Rao comes from a distinguished family with a strong legacy in public service, education, and philanthropy. As a founder family member of the Sri Kowtha Purnananda Vilas Choultry — a Vedic trust dedicated to spiritual and charitable initiatives — he continues to uphold the family’s long-standing tradition of community service.
An advocate of lifelong learning, Mr. Rao is passionate about teaching and mentoring the next generation of professionals. In his personal time, he enjoys playing cricket and listening to music.
